Beginning as a Royalty Accounts Manager in the UK in 1999, she generated revenue for artists like PJ Harvey & Muse. In 2003, she founded International Royalties Rescue (IRR), a pioneering agency representing acts such as Jet and The Temper Trap. Expanding to London in 2007, IRR represented major artists like Beyoncé and Radiohead. In 2019, Michael Gudinski integrated IRR into the Mushroom Group, creating Good Neighbour Rights. Susan became Managing Director and co-owner, representing artists like Kylie Minogue, Zedd, and Crowded House.
