HEAVY MENTAL x The Edits

A collaborative project between psychologist, researcher and writer, Ash King and drummer/producer Nicholas Meredith aka Kcin. Together, they explore how evocative, electronic sound and poetic guided visualisation can prompt audiences to re-engaging with their notions of self and challenge diminishing, destructive or restrictive modes of thought. These tracks are inspired by our capacity to edit the ways in which we think about things, and expand our mindsets to play host to more vibrant, complex and hopeful perspectives on ourselves and the world around us.
