I've been fortunate to wear a number of hats within the music industry over the past 25 years. Firstly as the Drummer of Gyroscope for 23 years, which saw our band tour the world and release 4 x top 40 ARIA albums including the #1 ARIA album Breed Obsession.
I now manage the career of RedHook. A female fronted heavy band from Sydney who debuted at #1 on the AIR independent album chart and had the Triple J Feature album in April 2023. RedHook have played major festivals across the globe including Rock am Ring (Germany) and Download Festival (UK) as well as iconic Australia festivals including Groovin The Moo, Good Things, Spilt Milk, Yours and Owls to name a few. RedHook have 40 million Independent streams to their name and are only just getting started.
I also manage The Faim, a band from Perth who I helped grow from 0 to 200 million streams in 4 years. I discovered The Faim rehearsing at The Hen House Rehearsal Studios in 2015 before they had played a show and began managing them. Songs we worked on in 2016 lead to The Faim signing a global recording contract with BMG out of the USA. The Faim secured major synch opportunities with JEEP, Coca Cola and MTV that helped propel their song Summer Is a Curse to #4 in France, Number #12 in Germany and #10 in Switzerland.
Finally, I also own The Hen House Rehearsal Studios - Australia's largest Rehearsal, Podcast, DJ and Recording space. We help shape the talent coming out of Perth and I am proud of the 17 studios we have been able to create and run over the past 13 years.
