Bonnie Dalton is the Senior Manager for Contemporary Music at Creative Victoria, the state government body dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria’s creative industries. She previously served as the General Manager of the Victorian Music Development Office, where she developed and delivered a range programs, events and research to support Victoria’s music businesses.
Prior to the VMDO, Bonnie ran her own artist management company, Minnow & Co, for more than a decade, gaining valuable insights and experience locally and internationally. As Director of Minnow & Co, Bonnie guided the careers of artists such as Little Red, Ali Barter, Oscar Dawson, The Vasco Era, and Husky. During that time, she also produced festivals and events including Melbourne's St Jerome's Laneway Festival, Low Light Queenscliff and House Of Vans, following management roles at both The Falls Festival and Lunatic Entertainment.
