Paige X. Cho is a music marketing and advertising specialist based in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia. She’s currently the Campaign Director at Bolster Group, Australia’s premier entertainment & culture full service agency group. Her current role blends together her psychology background, label/distribution experience and digital advertising knowledge to drive results for music festivals, artists and promoters. Over the past 8 years at Bolster, she’s helped her clients literally sell millions of tickets, land #1 ARIA albums and release singles that have clocked over a billion streams. Past campaigns include Splendour In The Grass, Elton John, Adele, Sia, Queens of the Stone Age, Flume, Tame Impala, Falls Festival, Laneway Festival, Beyond The Valley, RISING, ALWAYS LIVE, Pitch Music & Arts, Radiohead and The xx.
Outside of her work at Bolster, she is a returning AIR Women In Music Mentor, a former board member of The Push, a mentor for The Push and has been on multiple steering committees and advisory boards for Music Victoria. Paige is currently in the 2023 cohort for TikTok’s Accelerator leadership program, in a group of 30 advertising industry professionals in Australia.
