Heidi Lenffer is a 3 x ARIA-nominated artist with the band Cloud Control and the founder of FEAT. (Future Energy Artists) – a climate action movement for the live entertainment industry to accelerate Australia's roadmap to 100% renewable energy. From 2019 - 2020, FEAT. helped raise $7 million from a community of high-profile artists including Vance Joy, Regurgitator and Julia Stone to oversee the construction of Brigalow Solar Farm in rural Queensland.
In 2021, Heidi launched a new model called FEAT. Live to champion a 1.5% sustainability surcharge on ticketed events - the 'Solar Slice'- across Australia's largest festivals and tours to fund carbon reduction measures. The Solar Slice has since been rolled out across Falls Festival, Splendour, Laneway, Spin-off, Harvest Rock, and tours with Lime Cordiale to fund initiatives, including; solar arrays and batteries at festivals, AI-powered carbon accounting, rainforest and bush regeneration, and EV tour vans.
FEAT. has won industry recognition with Heidi being the recipient of both the 2019 Triple J 'You Done Good’ award and the 2019 SMAC of the YEAR, and is currently featured in the June-August edition of Rolling Stone magazine.
