The Slingers have developed a cult following in the contemporary underground/alternative scene and are currently selling over 1000 tickets in their hometown of Melbourne. Their debut full-length LP sees them make their foray into ‘Motel Pop’. The genre is less defined by production than its lyrical content, chronicling with a blend of comedy and tragedy, the lives of ordinary people living and struggling through our current age of loneliness.
