An award-winning artist, Sachém holds ties to Noonuccal (Stradbroke Island) and African-American roots, with his family in Florida. His experiences are ones that the Australian community has not seen before, reflecting both First Nations and African American perspectives within Australia, and a deep understanding of the hip-hop culture. Sachém has opened for the Queensland Music Awards, the AFL Indigenous Round, RPAC and QPAC with his theatre show, ‘The Bigger Picture’.
