#Details

A career in music and the arts can often be one of the most unpredictable professional journeys one can take. Choosing a path that is both creatively nourishing and satisfactory, can be met with a lot of pressure – both external and internal. And when we’re working in such a fast-paced environment such as the music industry, finding the right balance between being switched on and off, can be difficult.

Support Act’s in-house psychologist Ash King leads this special panel discussion with three Australian music industry icons including Mo’Ju, Jess Keeley and more, to explore and discuss the highs and lows of their lives and careers in music. An honest and open chat about what it is like to navigate their creative and artistic pursuits while, at the same time learning life lessons and overcoming personal challenges, join the panelists, as they reflect on their journey so far, and what they’re looking forward to in the future.
